When ten minutes just isn't worth it
Yesterday I borrowed Sara's city-bikecard for a ride from work home. And I soon discovered that I didn't know something kind of essential, exactly HOW are you supposed to ride a bike in the city? I started on the sidewalk, then realized that I probably wasn't supposed to be there, followed the cartraffic instead, but got kind of disoriented (no I don't have a drivers license). So I went up on the sidewalk again, broke about seven trafficrules and suddenly found myself back on the street, riding TOWARDS the traffic. Shiiiit, back on the sidewalk, and then I finally found some familiar territory; Aker brygge where the sidewalk is comfortably marked into two halves, one for people and one for ME.
Maybe I'll just continue walking.
